Billable unit

1 match = 1 unique visitor with a successful business-profile lookup, deduplicated for the lifetime of the workspace.

A visitor identified for workspace A bills once for A — if the same visitor returns later (days, months, years), no re-bill. If that same visitor subsequently appears on workspace B, B is billed once.

HEM-only hits and all unmatched responses are not billed.

  • Target headline rate: $0.19/match ($190 CPM). Negotiated per deal based on committed volume and term length.
  • No base fee. No platform fee. Pure per-match billing.
  • Hard-cap toggle stops calls at a customer-set monthly spend ceiling.
  • Billed monthly in arrears or net-30 invoice, per contract.

Plan rules

  • No free trial. No freemium. Card required at signup; subscription billed immediately.
  • Annual: 2 months free on Starter/Growth.
  • Overage on Starter/Growth billed in $10 increments. Hard-cap toggle available.
  • Matches do not roll over.
  • Dedup window: lifetime, per workspace.
