Why we charge by the match, not by the seat.
Per-seat pricing punishes the team that adopts the tool. Why we bill per identified match instead, with unlimited seats, hard caps, and overages you can switch off.

Most B2B SaaS is priced per seat. Most B2B SaaS is also priced wrong. When the value of a tool is the result it produces, leads, deals, revenue, the bill should track the result, not the headcount that touches the dashboard.
What's wrong with per-seat pricing?
It bills for headcount, not results. You buy an identification tool, five reps want to look at the leads, and per-seat pricing charges you 5×. Six months later three reps leave and you're still paying for the seats until renewal. The leads the tool produced have nothing to do with the bill.
Per-seat is easy to model for the vendor and easy to expense for the buyer. But it discourages adoption, every additional viewer costs money, and rewards single-user lock-in. That's a sales metric, not a product one.
What does paying per match mean?
The bill tracks identified visitors matched to a LinkedIn profile: name + title + company + LinkedIn URL, delivered to your dashboard. Seats are unlimited on every plan. Use the leads from one device or twenty, same bill.
Per-seat vs per-match
| Per-seat | Per-match | |
|---|---|---|
| The bill tracks | Dashboard headcount | Leads delivered |
| Adding a rep | Costs money | Included |
| Reps leave mid-contract | You pay until renewal | Bill unchanged |
| Spend control | Renewal negotiation | Hard cap toggle; overages capped or off |
How VisitorLead fits
$19/mo Starter, $49/mo Growth, Enterprise custom. The price is the match budget; seats are unlimited. Overages capped or off, your choice. The hard cap toggle stops the identity step the second you hit your spending ceiling.
Turn anonymous traffic into named leads.
One pixel. <10s alerts. CSV export. Card required at signup, no free trial.
A note on the limits
A match is one US visitor we resolved to a full profile and delivered. HEM-only, 4xx, non-US, and bot traffic never count. Lifetime per-workspace dedup means the same visitor never bills twice.

Frequently asked questions
How much does VisitorLead cost?
Starter is $19/month, Growth is $49/month, and Enterprise is custom-priced. The price is your match budget; seats are unlimited on every plan, and overages can be capped or switched off entirely.
What counts as a billable match?
One US visitor who passes the bot filter and resolves to a full business profile (LinkedIn URL plus name, title, and company) delivered to your dashboard. Partial matches, errors, non-US visits, bots, and repeat visitors never count.
Can I cap my VisitorLead spend?
Yes. Set a dollar or match ceiling under Settings → Billing and the hard cap stops the identity step the moment you hit it. Overages are capped or off, your choice.
Are seats really unlimited?
Yes, on every plan. Billing tracks matches delivered, not who views them, so adding your whole team to the dashboard never changes the bill.
